What is Maajii?
Maajii is a Canadian founder-readiness platform for pre-seed startups. Founders build an evidence-backed profile covering traction, milestones, and the roadblock they are facing right now. The Maajii team reviews it and publishes a readiness signal, then introduces the founder to an angel investor who can advise on exactly that roadblock.
Who is Maajii for?
Two groups: Canadian pre-seed founders who want to show they are ready with evidence rather than just a pitch deck, and angel investors who want to advise and back founders at the earliest stage. Access is by request while Maajii runs its pilot.
How does the Maajii readiness signal work?
A human review team reads the evidence in a founder's profile, including milestones, traction, and supporting material, then publishes a readiness signal with the dimensions behind it. No score is produced by an algorithm alone, and the signal is a triage aid for founder-advisor matching, not investment advice and not a guarantee of funding.
Where is founder data stored?
In Canada. Maajii runs on Canadian infrastructure (AWS ca-central-1), collects only what intake, review, and matching need, and asks for explicit consent before contacting you or sharing details internally. The privacy summary explains this in plain language.
How do I get access to Maajii?
Founders start with the readiness survey on the access page; submissions go to the review team and accounts are provisioned by invitation. Angel investors request access on the same page. There is no self-serve signup: every account is reviewed by a person.
