Maajii helps pre-seed founders build an evidence trail and a readiness signal, and introduces founders and angel investors when both agree. It is not a broker, a dealer, a portal or an investment adviser. Nothing on Maajii is investment advice, and the readiness signal is not a guarantee of funding, introductions or success.
Maajii is in early access, by request. You must be 18 or older and give accurate information about yourself and your company. You may use an account only for yourself, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private.
What you bring stays yours. You give us permission to host, process and show it only as the service needs and only to the people your consents allow, as the privacy summary describes. Proof you link from your own storage stays there. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload or link, including anything about other people.
The signal summarises the evidence you provide. Treat it as a triage aid for deciding who to meet, not as a valuation, a rating of an investment, or a basis for an investment decision on its own.
We make an introduction only when both sides say yes, and contact details are shared only then. Any conversation or investment that follows is between you and the other party. We do not negotiate terms, hold funds, or take a share of any investment.
Do not post anything unlawful, misleading or that you have no right to share; do not use another person's account; do not copy, scrape or bulk-download the service or other users' information; and do not try to get around its security or its access controls.
Maajii is free during early access. If we introduce fees, we will say so in advance and publish the fee terms and a refund policy before anyone is charged.
You can stop using Maajii at any time, download a copy of your data from your workspace, and ask us to close your account at info@maajii.ca. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, and will tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.
We work to keep Maajii accurate and available, but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you or others make using it. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law does not allow to be limited.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada that apply there.
